Welcome! Our goal is to offer you a pleasant, safe, and relaxing experience. We invite you to read these regulations to make the most of your day at the beach.

🌴 Included services

The following are included with your reservation:

• Beach umbrella with 2 sunbeds / 1 sunbed + 1 deck chair / 2 deck chairs / gazebos / Prestige with 3 sunbeds
• Access to restrooms and showers / hot showers
• Safety boxes / inflating air mattresses and similar
• Staff assistance
• Lifeguard and first aid service
• Entertainment
• Car / motorcycle parking
• Kiosk / bar
• Equipped playground area
• Rental of small boats / pedal boats
• Beach volleyball courts

📝 Booking and general conditions

By making a reservation, the customer accepts these regulations.

• Reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified
• In case of non-use of the service (for any reason, including traffic, events, weather, etc.) no refund will be provided
• Where available, it is possible to protect yourself through insurance coverage

🕒 Opening hours and weather

• Beach facility hours: high season 09:30 – 19:00 low season 10:00 – 18:00
• Info point : high season 08:00 – 18:00 low season 08:30 – 17:30
• In case of bad weather or adverse sea conditions, services may be subject to changes
• For safety reasons, in case of strong wind umbrellas must remain closed

🏖️ Use of the beach spot

• The spot is personal and non-transferable
• Subletting or use by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
• Each umbrella can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (2 adults + 2 children)
• It is not allowed to use equipment not assigned
• Violations may result in:

In case of improper use, the Management may suspend the service without refund.

🤝 Code of conduct

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please:

• Avoid excessive noise and loud music
• Respect quiet hours (13:00 – 16:00)
• Use designated areas for games and sports activities
• Keep the beach clean by using the appropriate bins

⚠️ Safety and responsibility

• Equipment must be used with care
• Any damage will be charged
• Personal belongings must be supervised: Management is not responsible for theft or loss
• Children must always be supervised by an adult

🌊 Natural events

In case of special conditions (storms, wind, etc.), the Management may:

• relocate the beach spot
• temporarily modify services

Always ensuring safety and, where possible, an equivalent arrangement.

🐾 Animals

Animals are not allowed, except:

• guide dogs
• authorized rescue dogs

🚫 Other important rules

• Fires, stoves, and flammable substances are prohibited
• Smoking is prohibited if cigarette butts are left on the beach
• Circulation with bicycles or similar vehicles is prohibited
• Bringing your own equipment (umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.) is prohibited

🚩 Lifeguard service

• 🟢 Green: favorable conditions
• 🟡 Yellow: caution
• 🔴 Red: swimming not recommended or dangerous

Applicable regulations

Guests must also comply with:

• Municipal regulations
• Harbor Master's Office regulations
• Maritime state property regulations

ℹ️ Final notes

The Management reserves the right to:

• modify the arrangement of umbrellas
• refuse bookings in case of previous inappropriate behavior

Compliance with these rules is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
